This man-made stone mainly consists of quartz-sand granules, polyester resin and colour additives. The material is water-resistant and non-corrosive, quite hard and scratch resistant. Slab sizes are 3200 x 1600mm and comes in both 20/30mm
QUARTZ STONE WORKTOP CARE GUIDE
Though quartz is a tough material, some basic care is needed to ensure its longevity. Spillages should be wiped up straight away and the surfaces should be cleaned with either a specially designed product or hot soapy water, never bleach. Always use a soft cloth on your quartz worktop and never cut directly on the surface. Avoid using acidic or highly coloured products, always put a board or mat down first. To avoid a limescale build-up, dry the areas around the sink. Our installation team can also seal your surfaces upon request. We also offer a cleaning kit, to help keep your quartz sparkling clean.
