I've posted a glowing review for Shaw Stone previously when they fitted our worktops but I am writing another one relating to excellent after sales care which is rare these days!!! We contacted them asking for help with a repair to a tricky joint.. They sent someone out within a day to fix and strengthen it. It's now looking as good as new. Thank you Shaw Stone!

Shaw Stone have been excellent throughout. Their customer service had been exemplary. They are also very competitive in terms of price. The quality of the finish has to be seen to be believed. The close up picture attached is of the join between two 'slabs'. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service provided Shaw Stone. Neil provided initial advice on products and then spent a couple of months liaising with suppliers to find the right granite that we had specified and the results are fantastic. The after service has been amazing too.

I’ve used Shawstone for many years . They have always been honest about their time frame , and indeed a few times have moved dates around to accommodate us. They have recently carried out an extensive installation for us in Winchelsea . They use modern installation techniques to produce a superb result . Their surveyor and fitters were at all times courteous and efficient and the office back up is excellent . The plus points of using a small efficient personally run business .

Shaw Stone have been absolutely amazing! After being severely let down by a large high-street kitchen retailer (whose subcontractor supplied us with the wrong colour granite and who I had to take to the Small Claims Court), Shaw Stone came to the rescue. Neil Wale was incredibly understanding, patient & helpful throughout and we were able to choose the ideal slab from their suppliers & check it before it was cut. The cutting was millimetre-perfect and the installers (who drove 2 hours to get to us) were cheerful, helpful & efficient. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Well done & thank you Shaw Stone - I wish I’d come to you in the first place!
